Meet at NAIA for flight to Cairo. Enjoy in-flight amenities. Arrival at Cairo International Airport. After Immigration purposes, meet and assist at the airport, then transfer to your hotel for check-in. Overnight in hotel.
OCT 21 Cairo (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel. Visit St. Simon the Tanner, a coptic Orthodox Church made famous by the story of the moving of the Mokkatam mountain. Then proceed to sightseeing tour of the Great Pyramids. It was constructed over 4,500 yrs ago which shows the power and wealth of the pharaoh in the Old Kingdom, then visit the Sphinx of Giza, which was believed to be a form of a Sun God and was worshipped in the ancient days. On to the Egyptian Museum where you will find artifacts, relics, statues and jewelry from all of the Pharaos that reigned. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the Hanging Church, the most famous Coptic church in Cairo, then to the CHURCH OF ABU SERGA. The church is dedicated to Sergius and Bacchus who were soldier- saints martyred during the 4th Century in Syria by the Roman Emperor Maximian. The most interesting feature is the crypt where Mary, Joseph and the infant Jesus are said to have rested. End the day with a Nile Dinner Cruise with Belly Dancing show. Return to hotel for overnight.
OCT 22 St. Catherine (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel, then check-out for drive towards St. Catherine passing by Suez Canal for crossing under the water tunnel into Sinai. Visit Moses Springs on your way to St. Catherine. Check-in at hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
OCT 23 Mt. Sinai - Taba Border - Bethlehem (B/L/D)
Early morning climb to Mt. Sinai, where the Ten Commandments were given to Moses (optional). On return, breakfast at hotel then check-out. Visit the Monastery of St. Catherine and the burning bush before your transfer to Taba border to cross Israel. Upon arrival in Israel, meet with your guide, then drive through the Arava desert. Proceed to Bethlehem for dinner and overnight.
OCT 24 Bethlehem - Jerusalem (B/L/D)
After breakfast, start the day in Bethlehem by visiting the Church of the Nativity, the birthplace of Jesus, Shepherds Field and the Milk Grotto. Drive to Jerusalem to Mount of Olives to visit the Ascension Chapel, Church of Pater Noster to see the different translations of The Lord’s Prayer, and walk along the Palm Sunday road to the Church of Dominus Flevit where the Lord wept over the city of Jerusalem. Then, proceed to Church of Gethsemane. Visit Mt. Zion, Dormition Abbey, King David’s Tomb, Last Supper room and Church of St. Peter in Gallicantu. Dinner and overnight in Bethlehem
OCT 25 Dead Sea - Jericho - Jerusalem - Bethlehem (B/L/D)
After breakfast, drive to Qumran for lunch, then visit the site of the Qumran where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. Then drive to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth to have an unforgettable experience of floating. Continue to Jericho, the oldest city in the world and visit the Sycamore tree. Proceed to the Old City of Jerusalem to visit St. Anne’s Church, Bethesda Pool, Wailing Wall, The Dome of the Rock, Via Dolorosa. Walk through the Stations of the Cross to the Holy Sepulchre Church. Dinner and overnight in Bethlehem.
OCT 26 Caesarea - Haifa - Cana - Nazareth (B/L/D)
After breakfast, we drive to Caesarea Aqueduct and Haifa to visit Stella Maris and Bahai Gardens. Then drive to Cana to visit the church of the first miracle where Jesus changed water into wine took place. Couples who wish to renew their wedding vows may do so during the mass. Drive to Annunciation Chuch in Nazareth and Mary’s Well. Then continue to Nazareth for dinner and overnight.
OCT 27 Galilee - Jordan River - Nazareth (B/L/D)
After breakfast, drive to Mt. Tabor to see the Basilica of Transfiguration. After that, proceed to Yardenit (Jordan River). This is also the traditional baptismal site for the renewal of Baptismal Vows. Drive to Mount of Beatitudes. This is the site of the Sermon on the Mount, and then visit St. Peter’s primary church, Capernaum, the town of Jesus, to view the remains of the ancient synagogue where he taught. Then proceed to Tabgha, where the Miracle of the Multiplication of Loaves and Fishes took place and the Church of Mary Magdalene. Enjoy a boat ride in Galilee Lake. Dinner and overnight in Nazareth.
OCT 28 Amman (B/L/D)
After breakfast, drive to Jordan. Upon arrival, meet your guide. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Visit Anjara (Our Lady of the Mountains Church). Then drive to Madaba to visit the Monastery of St. George, which hosts the unique mosaic map of Egypt, Jordan and Holy Land. Then drive to Mt. Nebo where Moses saw the Promised Land before he died. Dinner and overnight in Amman.
OCT 29 Petra - Amman (B/L/D)
After breakfast, we begin our day with a visit to the spectacular city of Petra which is a historical and archaeological city in Southern Jordan. The city is famous for its rock-cut architecture and water conduit system. Another name for Petra is the Rose City due to the color of the stone our of which it is carved. Dinner and overnight in Amman.
OCT 30 Amman - Manila (B/L)
After breakfast, check-out at hotel and have a half-day Amman city tour and Citadel with lunch. After lunch, have the rest of the day free for last minute shopping. After dinner, transfer to airport for return flight to Manila.
OCT 31 Manila
Depart from Amman to Manila. Arrive in Manila in the evening.
